e-Learning courses have been developed by both occupational and academic experts, to provide a high level of training in an interactive, user friendly format.
Some of the programmes have taken into account the need to overcome learning and language difficulties experienced by some industries.
Certain courses will be available in a range of languages and most require little or no literacy skills.
